For the past 3 weeks, I have not been able to run any windows program on XP.
The computer is a year old. I have defragged, tried to update software,
repair to previous date, each time the computer freezes. I cannot open Word,
Word Perfect, or get on the internet. HELP!!
In safe mode, I can get into Word (for now...). For 2 weeks, I could not
open anything in regular mode or safe mode.
