Cannot read the disc

my modern warfare 2 has a problem . in the middle of the game , comes out with an error, and say cannot read the disc.
i had the same problem 4 years ago and i have called the place that i bought the pc game , and the manager gave me a program that the problem has been solved.
i dont know how to find the manager now.. so i came to u.
can u please help me?
