Battlefield 3 Low fps at first then goes back to normal

AMD X4 955 @ 3.2Ghz
8GB Patriot 1600
Gigabyte 970a-d3
Gigabyte Windforce 6870
Antec 620W PSU
All Settings HIGH NO AA or AF and Motion Blur is on. 1440X900 res.
When I first get into a MP server I get about 15-30 fps and my computer is making very little noise, as if its on idle. Then after about 20min to half and hour it get loud and then the FPS jumps up to 40-70 FPS. How the heck do I fix this? The Frame rate at first is unplayable!

I'm not sure but this could actually be an issue with your install on the hard drive. Sounds like it's having trouble pulling textures from the HD, and starts to run smoothly when they are all cached.Just installed a new drivers today, would it be a good idea to re install them then?

Still hasn't helped played on Caspian Border and was getting 20 - 40fps, 30+ was rare.
