Was given a 5005 SR desktop. Looking for Windows 98
video drivers for the onboard video. Have gone to the
Compaq driver page and found audio and other drivers,
but no video. Anyone have any other source?

The PC shipped with Windows Millenium. PC makers seldom provide all the
drivers for operating systems older that what shipped on the PC. Although
not specified, the graphics chipset likely is either an Intel 810E or 815.
You might try installing the drivers from Intel's website.

Thanks HH,

The origanal owner atempted to install XP over
Millenium. Something went wrong. They gave up
and bought a new computer.

Thanks for the tip about the graphics chipset.
