4.00gb ddr2 ram
nvidia geforce 9400gt 512 gddr2
22inch lg moniter
550w psu

Yes, but only at with low detail settings. It's a CPU hog. check out this url: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:System_Requirements
A Sandy Bridge i5-2500 CPU and something like an ATI HD6850 or better is what's needed to run a high detail settings and with a decent frame rate (~60fps).
