Nvidia 8400GS Runs COD MW3 At 60 FPS? WHY!

Ok so basically, systemlabsrequirements says my pc cant run mw3 with my graphic card but i ignored it because the features were all supported. it installed and ran fine, what i am asking now is why would it run ok when systemlabrequirements said it wouldn't run

What resolution are you gaming at? It makes a massive difference in performance...

Why complain ^.^, system requirments lab can only predit how your system would run on an avarage of how good your hardware is, Its just a database hierarchy, it will match your specific hardware and generate a predited performance level.

+1 to this, and in addition your GPU is not the only component running the game. At smaller resolutions you'll see more cpu-bound performance scaling in almost any game, just to note an alternative explanation.

I had the same issue as that website said my Pentium D couldn't run mw3 and I can run it on regular at a decent fps

The game uses an old engine, the same one that they used to develop Modern warfare with.
It's just heavily modified.
I used to have this card. It could run games such as COD, but anything more graphically intensive than that, trust me, that card won't be able to take it.

I am running it at about 1024x768 i think with texture all set at high. anti aliasing x4. shadows off
