More about nvidia 8400gs runs
  1. What resolution are you gaming at? It makes a massive difference in performance...
  2. Why complain ^.^, system requirments lab can only predit how your system would run on an avarage of how good your hardware is, Its just a database hierarchy, it will match your specific hardware and generate a predited performance level.
  3. because it is a direct console port, with hardly any improvements in graphics since the original modern warfare.

+1 to this, and in addition your GPU is not the only component running the game. At smaller resolutions you'll see more cpu-bound performance scaling in almost any game, just to note an alternative explanation.
  5. I had the same issue as that website said my Pentium D couldn't run mw3 and I can run it on regular at a decent fps
  6. The game uses an old engine, the same one that they used to develop Modern warfare with.
    It's just heavily modified.
I used to have this card. It could run games such as COD, but anything more graphically intensive than that, trust me, that card won't be able to take it.
  7. I am running it at about 1024x768 i think with texture all set at high. anti aliasing x4. shadows off
