Hey, will i be able to run this source game: Garry's Mod? My specs: Gts 450 1 gb ddr5, 2x4gb sticks of ram, windows 7 home premium. Will i be able to run this with highest graphics possible? with good fps?

Most likely, I have run it personally on a dual core 2.0 intel, 3gb ram, on intel 45 express family chipset, windows 7 on a older toshiba satellite, so yes, you should definintly be fine.
