Does the amount that you can oc your fsb rely solely on the quality of the ram or does it have to do with something else in your system as well? I have 128mb of ram (I'm pretty sure it is generic) and I can't seem to oc the fsb even at 103.

I have a duron 700@900 and an asus a7v 1003 bios

No, while the type of memory and the memory settings in the BIOS are usually the main things, you can't overclock the FSB very much on a motherboard that uses an AMD chip. How much depends on your setup. If you look a couple of posts down, you'll see a few comments on this.
