i connected my ps3 controller with motioninjoy driver and it works fine with fifa 12 but when i connect my other normal usb controller, it doesnt work good..only one works with fifa 12..i want to play two players but there seems to be problem working both of them together..

Do you mean that the second controller doesn't work when they are both plugged in, or does the second controller not work very well regardless of whether it is the only one plugged in or not? Also, is your second controller also a PS3 controller or is it something else?

yes the second controller doesnt work when they are both plugged in..and it is a generic usb controller..

Sounds like motionjoy interfering with the second, non-PS3 controller to me. Assuming the second controller is not a ps3 controller, since you didn't answer that question no way to know for sure. Try various USB inputs, if none work, that's likely what it is.
