I am assuming you are referring to a Windows installation of RE5. If so, that isn't a file that is missing, it's a folder which contains texture data for the game models. The only way to fix this is to reinstall the entire game.

I understand what you are saying. I am saying that you need to reinstall the game on your PC. If you don't know how to do it, have a parent or someone who understands reinstall it for you.
