my buddies comp is a p2 333 (66Mhz bus...ugh) with the intel 440EX chipset.
i'm not sure about the board cause i haven't been able to look at it yet, and he can't tell.

The question is, is it possible to overclock?
i don't know much about the intel chip/chipset, but i'm guessing that soft fsb might work on it?

thanks....

oh yeah...and if anyone remebers the ram post...pc133 works fine on the board.

I don't think the 333 was multiplier locked, but if it was, you may be stuck. Otherwise, if you have jumper or bios settings to change the multiplier, and can change it to 6x, it will give you 400MHZ. I don't believe that chipset supports higher bus speeds than 66.

Suicide is painless...........

LX chipset can do 83Mhz bus ,(i read somewhere about 100Mhz & 100Mhz AGP). If yours can't new bios & SoftFSB can help.

I have a P2 333 @ 375 (75 fsb) it will not run stable at 83 fsb. I have it on a LX chipset. One of my PCI cards can't take the OC'ed fsb.
