BOXed or OEM Celleron?

Hi!
I heared that BOXed Cellerons (Intel CPUs in general) can be overclocked i higher frequencies than the OEM ones. Does anybody know if there is a difference between BOXed and OEM version of the same processor?

The processor itself is exactly the same. The only difference is that boxed versions come with cool boxes, a heatsink and fan, and warranty card.... The OEM just come with a brown box with the processor. Nothing extra........

Get an OEM. Chances are if the damn thing fires up the first time- it'll last forever. Thus, a warranty is not really needed.
