Duron 750 help (multiplier)

I have unlocked my duron with a 0.5mm mech. pencil checked it with an eye loop to see if connections overlap (they don't) can OC with x9 multiplier and an fsb of 107 so far so stable.

When I go beyond x9 (ie. 9.5, 10, etc) not even a boot up, nothing happens to monitor keyboard LEDS nothing. I brought the CPU to work re-penciled it under an electronic microscope ran the traces many times over and still no luck with the multiplier.

Idle temp at 35C

Any ideas???

can you up the voltage a little to the cpu? if you can try it may work as allways in overclocking no guarantee. also set it to 100 fsb before upping the multiplyer
