Bought one some time ago and it's cool...
6 cm ball bearing fan, a big aluminium heatsink, my last heatsink was hot, this is just warm to touch. If I unplug the fan it is just a little warmer... Yes, my CPU is contacting the heatsink and I'm using silicon compound. It's an overclocked Pentium MMX running at default voltage, but if I rise it to 3.3 V it's still cool.

Does any of you have a Dr. Cooler heatsink?

I have used them in the past and the seem to be well built and fairly efitiant coolers. But for my setup (566 celII @850) I use an alpha pep66t.
