on the advanced settings on the printer-properties, there are different settings for the document spooling. i'm wondering if printing directly to the printer degrades print-quality compared to the other spooling options. any other info about spooling and document management would be useful, i'm working with large photoshop files, 200mb+ and am seeking different solutions for my printing. thanks all

Printing direct bypasses the spooler so the application will not be
available again until the job has been sent to the printer. With large
documents that could be a while.
