Asus P2B-L w/PIII450 overclock project

Any ideas on how to o'clock this setup? Without to much damage? I am planning to upgrade but not for a few months. Broke ain't the word!! I want to squeeze as much out of my current PC as I can!!
I built the rig but never done overclocking!!

man I got almost the same rig, got it from gateway though an the mutha board is an intel sumphin BX wit a 100 mhz fsb max, if your fsb is 133, knock it up via your bios. If not get the manual and start settin jumpers, if that don't work use soft FSB www.h-oda.com
