Low price graphics card for hd video editing

Hello friends and HD video community,
Greetings to u all. I'm a indi film maker and editor, I have a desktop computer with Intel G31 mother bord, Intel quad core 2.8 ghz processor, 4 GB DDR 2 RAM and installed Win 7 64 bit. I want to run this configuration for HD video editing so suggest me what types of graphics card is suitable for that purpose. I'm unable to pay more then 150$. I'm expecting right advice from you.
