Back in the old days - you used to be able to hit
the "print screen" button, and the screen would print out
exactly as shown on the monitor.

Can that still be done somehow through windows??

Kind of... PrtScn sends a copy of the screen to the clipboard. Open a
graphics program (Paint will do just fine) and Paste in the image.
