WinFax print job disappears from print queue

I am trying to print faxes using Winfax 10.02 going thru a powerbuilder application. We have a USB modem and XP with service pack 1 installed. The faxes show up in the print queue and look like they are being printed, they then disappear from the print queue but have not been printed anywhere. When I send a fax directly thru WinFax it sends/prints it properly. I am hoping it is something simple I missed when XP was installed because this application works on Windows 2000. Thanks for any help in advance.
