overclock intel SE440BX-2 mobo?

My brother has an older micron p-II 450 that uses an Intel se440bx-2 (seattle) motherboard and a pheonix ver.4.0 bios anyone know how he can o\c this setup as he dosent have a manuel and cant find any o\c options in the bios ?? (jumper selectable on mobo etc ?)
Thanx for any help you can offer a link to a d\loadable manual would be great too

use SoftFSB, find the clock multiplier chip (last one says it's a micron 440LX) and go for it. You can get 540 of that pentium (120 FSB)

Go to intel web site Tech support and you will find a list of MB's Find SE440BX-2. If you download the PDF Manual it will have all the facts except the OVERCLOCKING part..
