Hi!

I got brave enough today (after almost 4 years!) to look at my BIOS
settings. I was looking to see if I could change my AGP aperture size.
It is currently 64MB and I want reduce it to 32MB per reading old posts
from various newsgroups and also because AIDA32 says my aperture size is
too high. I did not find anywhere in the BIOS to change the aperture
size. Also, AIDA32 says the current AGP speed of 2X is lower than the
maximum supported (4X) and I would like to change this as well but saw
nothing in the BIOS setup for this.

I have 64MB of RAM. My chipset is VIA VT8363(A) Apollo KT133(A). The
BIOS says Compaq (Belarc Advisor says "Compaq 786K1 03/28/2002" ). Does
anyone know if it is possible to change the AGP aperture size and/or AGP
speed on this Presario 5000 5WV254 and, if so, how?

Thanks,
Nevans
