K7T Pro2-A w/ 800 tbird to what?

This is mobo and processor:
MICROSTAR K7T PRO2-A ATX KT133 SOCKETA
AMD THUNDERBIRD 800E SOCKET A

To what should I overclock? and what cooling fan do you recommend?... Thanks

Never heard of the 800E model, but most TBird 800's will overclock to 1Ghz with the voltage bumped up to 1.85V. Be sure you have a good heatsink/fan as well as some kind of case cooling so you don't burn it up.

I have the same board and a T-bird 700
running @ 1.75v default for athlon I can get it to 800mhz just by changing the multiplier.
I have to go to 1.8v for 850mhz and I can't get here to stay stable @ 900mhz.
Note, U should invest in proper cooling before overclocking
I have it running @ 800 right now but have added an intake and outtake fan in my tower, as well as the generic double heat sink and fan on my cpu which i'll be changing once I get a faster cpu
my Idl temp is 37`
and under heavyload 42` nevergoes above this!
