I am wanting to overclock my video card (GF2MX). I mainly have a question with the ram, because my card came with a good cooling core system. I have seen guides that put ram-sinks right on the ram and a fan on top of those. I am not sure if i wanted to apply those directly. My question is, how would something like the Card Cooler, or just a big fan blowing directly on the card compare to having the ram-sink and fan applied directly? Which would be better in this situation?

you want the RAM syncs to take the heat away from the chips, then a fan on those not on top of them per-say.

I suggest heatsinks too. go to radio shack- they have heatsinks for sale there that are almost the exact same size of a RAM chip =)
