Morrowind Question

I am looking to create several permanent enchant effect items. As I was looking through the options, I noticed that several effects weren't in the list even though I have several spells for them. I would like to create spells to (same spells are missing). These in include fortify attribute/skill, paralysis, levitate, and telekinesis. This is very annoying, please help!

Your best bet is go to the following forum for specific help and questions regarding Morrowind. It's been a long time since people (including myself) played the game so that makes it hard to remember what exactly needs to be done.
