EQ2: Quest Parts

I have found giants ear, giants finger, etc. Where do I find the quest that
uses these?

On a more general level, is there a web site where I can enter quest items
and find the related quest?

Mastery quest list, includes Giant Mastery which is what your items are for.

http://eq2.ogaming.com/ is a very good site for all sorts of EQ2 info. It
doesn't do exactly what you want, but searching the forums might work for that.
