Set up FAX console but can't receive FAX, Can send but
not receive, what's the problem?

Make sure the modem you are using is compatible
with Windows XP. The list of modems certified by Microsoft is at
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/catalog/default.aspx?

Also make sure you have enabled the modem to receive. You can do so using -
Fax Printer -> Properties ->Devices -> Properties -> Receive -> Enable
device for receive.
