Mass Effect 3 Indoctrination theory [SPOILERS]

A lot of fans were upset about the ending for Mass Effect 3.
Discuss.
I don't have a lot to add it to it, I just support it.
I was also upset about the ending, and I would like to see the real one. Too bad that EA will probaly charge >$10 for it.

Fill me in here, so people are saying that after Shepard walks into the beam in London that he is indoctrinated and the rest of the game is in his mind? I personally do not support this theory, seems like something people just kinda came up with on their own without any real solid evidence or backing.
