that game will never play on that system. It needs a proper CPU and GPU.

+1 ^ your system was made for basic tasks like documents and web browsing, not games. The game you are trying to play, even if ever installs on your system, will run like a slide show. Even facebook games will stutter on the system. From your specs you are trying to play this on a Netbook, you should get a cheap regular PC to play games on. Even a later model Pentium4 system with 2 gig of RAM and a low range video card will play games better than your laptop. Should cost about 200 used somewhere.

In theory it should work as the GMA950 is more powerful then the recommended GF2 or ATI7500 and you have enough memory and cpu is ok.

This leads us down the route of iffy drivers, download the latest drivers off the Intel website.

32-bit : http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=h...

Accept licence agreement, download and install.

Also think about installing the latest DirectX9c.

It sounds like a chipset driver problem. Even if you can get it fixed, the game will struggle on that computer, if it works at all.

I am afraid your computer hardware isn't good enough to run this game. You can have a quick check at your DX versions using this simple tool and update your DirectX to the proper version easily. ;)  Hope this helps you solve the issue. Still it's better that you update your computer a bit for smoother game playing.
