has anyone oc'd this combo?

After getting more input from this board, i'm thinking of going with the Abit KT7A and Athlon 800. I'm told the Abit allows you set up the oc in the BIOS. (I currently have Abit BH6 and Celeron300a OC'd to 450) What are the settings (multiplier, voltage, FSB) to get the athlon up to 1GHz? Also what type of memory is recommended for this combination? PC133SDRAM?
Any help or details accomplishing this would be welcome. While i'm not totally new to OC'ing, i want to iron out the details of this setup before i start to purchase the hardware! Thanx!

The multiplier should be 7.5x
The FSB 133 Mhz
Leave the voltage at default, if it does not work increase it a little.

The best ram should be guaranteed to run at CAS 2 @ 133 Mhz
