In attempting to install a new printer (HP960) to my
computer, I received an error that stated "Files needed -
the file " on is needed." Now when I try to print with
the printer that was already installed I get the same
error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Uninstall and reinstall the printer.
