Gotham City Imposters not launching -Steam

GCI wont launch at all it has the loading thing next to the mouse for about 5-6 seconds then nothing happens it pops up in the task manager but disappears after its done loading. This is the first time having games for windows live on my new hard drive so i suspect thats the problem everytime i try to launch the GFWL marketplace it crashes.

everything else is fine its not steam its probably games for windows live

err thats not the issue i cant even launch the Games for Windows Live Marketplace as i said in the original post. i do have a live account and with a xbox live membership but whenever i launch Games for windows live marketplace it instantly crashes

once. I think the issue is another program is not allowing it to run as thats what google has told me i came here to pinpoint that though i tried deletinh all the .net and clea nthe regeistry but they didnt work

Fixed this issue by wiping my drives
