cooling??? help

In Tom's Do it yourself Part 1, he is suggesting using the Cooler Swiftech MC370-0A, but I couldn't find one available in my area. I was wondering if anyone can help wether the "GoldenOrb SUPER (1.5)" cooler is any good, and can replace the Swiftech mentioned above. Thanks a lot for the help.
Note: If I don't want to overclock the AMD Athelon 800MHZ, do I still need a powerful coller?

If you are not going to overclock, heat should not be that big of a problem. But I would still recommend the Global Win 32-1. It is fairly quiet, and you will have no problems with heat. It isn't really that expensive either.
