Anyone knows about Thermaltake Volcano II?

Thermaltake volcano II looks very cool. $16, 31dBA, 36CFM, 4500rpm, easy install, low power consumption... Anyone knows its actual performance? If you used FOP-32 how noisy is it? I hear someone complaining it is noisy. I am not thinking of buying any fan noisier than 36dBA.

I installed on on my KT7A-Raid / 1ghz two days ago and seems wuiet (certainly drowned out by the noise of my case fan,) and it cools well....

Anyone has reviews of this colling device? Besside the weird specs (they say it has a thermal resistance of 0.64C/W wich is about 2 times above AMD specifications) I haven't found any. One strange thing is that many of Thermaltake's collers have Thermal resistance of +0.45C/W ...
