Sunon 60MM or Sanyo Denki fan quieter ??

I think I am going to purchase an Alpha PAL 6035MUC to go with a t-bird 800. It is available with either a Sanyo Denki fan or a Sunon 60MM fan. Does anyone know which would be quieter? ... and does Artic Silver II paste make a big difference over the paste that comes with the fan?

Go to this link. I think it is self explanatory on the web page, but the Sanyo fan is quiter, and at the same time the amount of air it moves is less. Air flow impacts the effectiviness of the heatsink to cool the processor. Low speed fans should be used is situations where larger amounts of heat are not going to be an issue.
