We are using a shared fax printer on a server, but when we use the fax wizard to send a fax from a local machine, the "add a cover page" option is completely greyed out. The cover pages are also located on the server in a shared folder, but they just don't seem to be available to the wizard. Any tips out there?

Check the shares on your fax server machine - there should be a share named
fxssrvcp$ with the following value:

%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Windows NT\MSFax\Common
Coverpages

If the share does not exist, create it.

If it did exist, check its permissions - it should have read permission for
everyone.
