Unable to launch game

So I downloaded a game from Steam. My computer should be able to run this game just fine. But it won't launch at all. I can't get this game to start. I've noticed that this happens with some of my games. Some work just fine while others will not run.

Never mind guys. I fixed it. It was my graphics card. Ran the CD again and now it works.
