strange statue

I came across a strange statue in a cave in antonica, had an eye missing.
What do I need to get access to this ?

I found it too -I'm told that the nearby robbers (bandits ?) drop a
jewel in the form of an eye as loot, and the two are connected -0 by
the time I found the statue, though, the robbers grey to me, so I
couldn't check it out.

Inserting the jewel into the statue grants access to an instanced
zone, but as it requires three people and I've never found two more
people interested in going there, I don't know what's inside. I'm
really looking forward to the patch removing the group requirement for
these zones, I've done access quests for at least five zones that I
outlevelled before I could convince anyone to go there.
