I was wondering if the Iwill KK266 or any AMD motherboard will work with both SDR and DDR SDRAM. I was thinking of buying SDR now, and DDR later when the price falls.

No, take your choice, SDR or DDR but not both. KK-266 uses SDR SDRAM. KA-266-R uses DDR SDRAM.

Even if you could find a DDR board that supported both memory types, why on earth would you buy SDR SDRAM for a DDR board? That would defeat the advantages to be gained with DDR and would make for a poor investment! BTW Crucial now has some pretty attractive pricing on 128MB PC2100 sticks...
