Should i be able to play CoD4? If so with how much FPS and how good in quality?

Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 3.0 GHz
Memory (RAM): 4GB

barely... your likely to be running at reduced rez as well as reduced quality... if you cant get 60 fps minimum your wasting your time because most players tend to tweak there packet data to 100 packets. making them way more accurate. especialy if there running 200+fps (yeah i know they wont see more than 60 but the game will.)...
seriously if you want to play and have fun you need 60 fps just to keep up. any less than that and your game will be so slow in comparison to others it will make you a sitting duck.
