whats your thought on cooling?

I have an abit kt7a main board and a vantec cooler with a delta fan. Was just thinking in the never ending quest to use air to cool my cpu. would putn a 120mm and some pvc with a blow hole over the heat sink and removing the delta fan cool better or would it be a waste of time. thought two keep the delta and glue an extra delta next to it so there both on the heat sink

the blowhole helped my system alot -3 deg.Celsius at idle and almost -5 deg. c. at full load,havent tried the pvc reducer though.
