im having trouble receiving faxs i have a fax line as well as a telphone line the fax keeps on answering my private line how do i reset or configure it . My microsoft word wont accept the fax either your help would be helpful thank you

Windows XP does not support distinctive ring. If you tell fax to answer, it
will.
