Combat arms diagnose connection problems

i get on combat arms website
i click play
i sign in
it brings me to a page where it says "diagnose connection problems"

what do i do?

So did you do the diagnose connection problem? It should have given you the option to run that program to find out what your connection problem is. How long has this been going on for?

Could be the site is down for maintenance. Or could be a problem with your internet provider.
