Any Blackberry owners out there?

Is there a way to upload ringtones/wallpaper without using a browser?

My service is for our company e-mail and we don't have a browser on the
Blackberry. To use a browser I am told, we have to have some special
browsing software on our Exchange server to allow it to work.

Needless to say, we don't have that.

You can't get attachments off of e-mail into memory. The desktop
software doesn't allow file management that I can see.

Thanks.
