I have followed the instructions as per Bruce Sanderson's
website for adding default printers for all users. His
website doesn't list his e-mail address, and I have
struck a few problems. Could someone please help?

I've added printers to the computer remotely by running
the cmd file as described in Bruce's explanation.

http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/Ne [...] Users.htm.

The biggest problem I have is when I create a new user,
although the printers show up, you can't use them. They
show up in the list of printers as "Access denied. Unable
to connect.", and if you try and right click and go
to "Properties" you get the "Printing properties can not
be displayed. The print spooler service is not running",
when I know it is. Also another error that comes up is
similar to the previous one when trying to access
the "Printing Preferences", but says "Printing
preferences can not be displayed. Access denied.". I
have even tried creating a new user and giving them admin
rights as well, which also doesn't solve the problem.

Now if I include the syntax to run the cmd file as part
of a network logon script, I get more success. Meaning,
it allows me to add 1 printer and 1 printer only. I have
tried to set up more than one line of syntax and get 2 or
more printers to install as defaults, but this does not
work. Is there a way around this that isn't evident in
Bruce's explanation? Any help that can be offered would
be greatly appreciated
