Are you sure you have ink in the cartridges? Does it print a test page? Is
it installed correctly? Is this a USB or LPT printer?
Has it ever worked correctly?

YES I AM SURE THERE IS INK (THEY ARE ALL SEPERATE BRAND NEW CARTRIDGES).
no it does not print a test page (acts as if it does but produces blanks)
It is a USB and it was working perfectly for the last six months. I have tried the printer maintenance, to clean/unblock the nozzles etc. WHAT OTHER INFORMATION CAN I GET YOU ? I have a build up of emails that I am desperate to print.

The previous post from the originator already stated the cartridges are
BRAND NEW.
