my friend has just changed his heat sync to a radioshack one ( its sunday and he was in a pinch)

but he says that sisoft sandra says hes running 110 to 125 degrees far..!
im assuming that the utility simply isnt reading correctly as he says the chip was hot to the touch but not burning hot.
he has a few different heat syncs so hes working it out

what is the recommended temp to run his 450 mhz p3 ?

its on an asus board and i think he said a BX 440 chipset.
( i dont know much about intel products)

hes been overclocking a bit and is concerned about the heat.

if those are load temps he is doing good.if those are idle temps he could get close to overheating while playing games etc.
