This is a big day for all cricket fans who were hanging around TV to watch world cup cricket matched for last 45 days. I take Indian side in this match. It would be good to see auzzies losing in a very important match like this. India's win will also be a good birthday gift for me.

I've never seen India bowling that bad in last 5 years (after Colombo test in 1998, when SriLanka scored 976 aginst India). And what a day they picked for such horrible bowling performance! IMO, Indian bowlers gifted the match to the Auzzies. If they were able to limit the Auzzies to 270-280, it was very possible to win for India. It seemed very true after seeing Indian batsmen bashing auzzies in 2nd session. Even 300-320 was chaseable, but 360! That's impossible.

I was very happy to see the when the rain started. Big drops made me happy 'cause I thought the match is probably going to be abandoned. But you know what happened........

This match ruined my half-birthday fun :frown: :frown: :frown:

That b@st@rd Ricky Ponting! If Ganguly took his catch, then I'm sure India would be able to limit them withing 320-325 even with such horrible bowling performance.

We already have some sports where British can beat them. In football, you can beat them. In cricket, it's possible, too(currently in theory, was really possible in past, why not will be possible in future?)

Srinath and Zahir Khan may get death threats, but I don't think so. They carried India to final with their very good bowling performance. I think Indians have some sense to understand this.

IMO, we the Bangladeshies are much more logical than Indians. No one of our national team got a life threat or got attacked by supporters

hey happy belated b'day
Well i've been toooo busy mourning our loss really. But u guys shouldve seen me dancing around the room when it rained but the joy was not for long. It's really sad out bowlers have been so good throughtout the cup but they decided to revert to their IDIOT selves in the DDAY. Even Sachin's man of the tournament award was no good on such a day.
Congrats to the aussies anyway. :evil: SO they live to DIE ANOTHER DAY mwuahahaha :evil:

Hey no offense but nobody expects anything from the bangladesh team anyway so if they perform badly aah what the hell who cares!
But the continued dismal form of the indian was a thing to question. And no i dont think theyll be getting any death threats now they done really well coming into the final. The important thing is that we romped over pakistan that ws the world cup for us :tongue:
I agre with spitfire really 320-325 couldve been reachable but 360 was almost impossible. India have chased 300+ totals many a times.

We expected to win aginst Canada and Kenya. Losing aginst them and horrible batting performance in almost every matches is similar to the Indian situation
