i would contact the buyer... usually mail shouldnt take more than 10 days in the US but if its international different story. just contact the buyer.

Why did you wait so long?

What payment method did you use? You should be able to contact Paypal if you used them and explain the situation to them. They've gotten much better about looking into these sorts of disputes/cases.
