Best amount of RAM - Flight Simulator X

Hi guys!

I've got a couple of questions that I'd like answered about Microsoft Flight Simulator X SP2 only.

What is the best amount of RAM for FSX SP2 for 32bit?
and 64bit?

What would be best 32bit or 64bit?

fsx only uses 2 gigs of ram no matter what o.s you use from what i gatherd while playing it on win 7 64... you could try using a LAA (large address aware) patch and see if that allows it to use more but i doubt it as its such an old game.

I understand, but then again would 64bit or 32bit be better? And does 2GB mean extra on top of what your PC is using or is it included? (In other words would a PC with only to 2GB for the os and fsx be the best or do you need 2GB of RAM on top of what the OS uses?)

just get 4 - 8GB and it'll run nicely, If you have other applications that use more than 4GB RAM then 64bit is best but if you don't it doesn't matter. 64bit will be more future proof
