We have a guest who is going to use one of our company computers once a
week. I don't want him to have access to the server or anything, so will
make him a local user on the WinXP computer.

However, part of the deal is that he needs to print to the printers on the
LAN.

I was told to set up the printer as a local printer, but to use the TCP/IP
address.

Is there an easy way to run some command or something which will tell me the
TCP/IP address of the four printers he will be allowed access to? I tried
unsuccessfully using the menus on one of the printers. Test pages don't
show it, and properties on the printer doesn't show it.

The server is running Win 2K Server, other clients run mainly Win 2K, this
is a newer machine running WinXP.

Can someone help me set up these printers please for this guest local user?

Thanks,
Mich
